Beg your pardon for this little digression. The weather's getting really nice here. I always loved winters and it's been a long time since I saw a good blizzard. It started two days ago and still continues. Here are some photos:

Oh oh oh. I hope it gets better soon - I've just read about the emergency state. Keep warm and I hope you've got enough food in your fridge. Also, I'm sure you have plenty of interesting reading to enjoy during this time. If, for some reason, you want something from the New Yorker, do let me know, as I've got that wonderful DVD set that covers all issues from 1925 to 2005! :)
P.S. Oh, and even though I hate winter, I have to admit that snow does look so beautiful!
I hope it stays that way till April! :)
Thanks for the offer, I like New Yorker, but I can't think of a specific article I would like to read. Are there any articles about the early Soviet Union? Something from the 1920s?
That is a great snow storm. I wish we could get that in Moscow! But I think most people in Moscow will dislike me for thinking that way.
That is the snows that I had in America, When I talk about snow that is what I mean. I love it when the cars disappear under the blanket of snow.
That is cool!
Kyle
You know, Kyle, this weather is very much like what I remember since childhood. If my memory serves me right, it's always been like this, except for the last 20 years when even the weather changed for the worse.
My good friend who lives in LA now saw these photos and said: "Just like in central Colorado" :)
